As long as it looks good, I'm fine. My issue with GTA is the installation and social club—it's really frustrating to set up and so confusing to get it working. I tried installing GTA 4 today and spent about 20 minutes figuring out how to get the game running.

GTA 4 installation is straightforward, just use Liveless since the GFWL servers are offline. Unless you're attempting to pirate it, a "friend of mine" took three days to get it working.

Where did you find these images? I noticed the lower one from a few days back.

I appreciate the vibe of the low end, even with a modest setup—it's nice to feel satisfied playing that way.

They seem similar in appearance... what I see are just shadows.

I own the original complete edition, including the first DVD. During setup I was prompted to request it again at the end. After updating to title7, the social club feature disappeared. When launching the game, it failed unless I used xliveless. Even though I own the game and episodes of LC, clicking certain buttons seemed to require downloading DLC from GFWL with 60 credits. It’s frustrating. To make things worse, you need a GTA DVD 1 Disk in your drive for the game to start.

the surfaces on the road are completely poor quality. I don’t really have a problem with that. As I’ve mentioned many times before, we shouldn’t allow the habit of delaying a game’s release by a year and a half just because it was already available for PC. These images only show that their claim about spending time improving the experience is completely unreliable.

they resemble each other when viewed from the bottom up, possibly due to the setting. It seems the scene could improve significantly; it’s only as good as the next generation.
