I've kept up with the updates and seen quite a few changes, unfortunately. The biggest shifts include AGESA ComboAm4PI 1.0.0.6 to AGESA ComboAm4v2PI 1.2.0.7, plus some memory fixes and adjustments with the fTPM. I might still try the 2020 version tomorrow since it's late and I want to follow up. Still, I decided to flash it to the 2020 BIOS anyway... The improvements are noticeable. After my first run, I hit around 19600 points, but it dropped later. With everything auto and PBO/CPB enabled, I can't explain why it didn<|pad|>'s score over 1300 in SC—many 3900X benchmarks say so. Power management also seems better, like the 0.4 core voltage during idle. I guess I'll keep this in mind. Lastly, I'm curious about gaming performance if anything changed, but it's 3 AM and I'm about to drift off. I'll check again tomorrow... Yes, gaming performance has really improved. Previously I was getting 120-160 FPS in Apex at 1440p with occasional drops to about 90 FPS, now it rarely falls below 200. 2020 BIOS, that's a win!
