I've built it: b450 tomahawk arctic Xfx 5700xt with Vengeance, 16gb DDR4, old Ryzen 5 1600x upgraded to new Ryzen 5 3600 750w. I was using the same frame count as my 580, but after the upgrade I ended up back where I started. I reset the CMOS with the new CPU, moved RAM locations, but still can't figure it out. Any advice?
