Hello everyone, I recently purchased a new Corsair 275R case and encountered some trouble with the standoffs. Since I have a motherboard that’s matx-style, I had to shift a few standoffs. I used pliers to remove them because they were really tight, and I couldn’t manage with just my fingers. When I reinserted them, paint started to peel off around the threads. The case didn’t include a standoff tool, which made things harder. Also, my graphics card isn’t aligning correctly with the case—does this issue come from the motherboard or the case itself? Thanks.

It's fine if it shows up inside the case—this can occur sometimes. The key is to ensure it doesn't break off in pieces, which varies by motherboard type. Using certain graphics cards works best with ATX boards, while others fit different setups. Larger GPUs tend to perform better with full ATX systems, though there are exceptions.
I own an affordable motherboard in my ATX setup but intend to upgrade to a better one. I also have a compact single-fan GPU. After getting the GPU and case together, I had to slightly push it into the slot. The retention clip on the motherboard is quite loose. Appreciate the advice!
