A friend faced consequences for using a spawn menu to obtain police cars without a wanted level, then got banned again after another month due to playing with someone who was cheating invincibility. Meanwhile, you're known as a clean player, at least according to R*.
I was permanently removed after attempting to start the game, but it stopped working halfway through. The issue arose because Cheat Engine was running in the background... I was at fault, but I didn’t even reach the online lobby before the crash.

I’m the one doing the cheating... I don’t need to debate with you, but I’m not sure how to set up those tools or hacks either. You also have to pay for them, which is frustrating. Don’t assume everything is okay just because VAC says so...
If you have 100% Proof that you didnt hack you should send steam support a ticket detailing your claim. There is small chance of getting unbanned. I had friend of friend which got un VAC after one week when he send steam ticket and it was found out his anti virus problem.
He doesn't seem to use average, I haven't really tested it yet. Just let them know and wait to see the outcome.
