Received BSOD but am now trapped in a boot loop.

Today I powered on my PC and started experiencing blues screens after about ten minutes. Then another one appeared, trapping me in a boot loop. Should I consider replacing the motherboard? I ran MemTest86 with no errors, installed and reinstalled all drivers multiple times, and even checked the PSU—nothing seems to be wrong so far.

my configuration includes an Mboard model asrock b450m with steel legend cpu, a ryan zen 5 3600 gpu, 8gb ram in a 2x4 setup, crucial ballistix sport psu, and a gamemax ge 700w power supply. i've tested various drives but keep experiencing bluescreen issues.

Do you have RAM in slots 2 and 4? XMP is activated. Adjust the DRAM voltage manually to 1.35 in BIOS.

Sure, I've got RAM in the 2 and 4 slots already, and I've tried using XMP on and off.
