The early stages were engaging, but the experience became monotonous once the rounds progressed. I wish Visceral could make it less similar to Battlefield 4 since that was my main criticism.

It was incredibly much improved compared to the game they called Battlefield 4. Even during testing, Hardline performed far better. When I took down someone, they died when they shouldn't have. Jumping behind cover didn't result in automatic tracking that led to my death once I was already behind. It was a lot more enjoyable and I appreciated having my old k/d back. I've never struggled with an FPS before, but since Battlefield 4 released, my skills and performance have dropped significantly because it's such a flawed product.

This update is disappointing given EA's history. Delaying fixes seems wise. Others might say the game is still in development, which isn't surprising.
