It appears the system crashes shortly after starting Topaz Video AI, likely due to memory issues. The error is a memory management problem.

BSODs are tough to identify when they only affect the kernel and not any device drivers; even if it's a faulty DIMM area. This happens because Windows 11 uses ASLR by default, which enhances security but can cause issues. Make sure to run a memtest to confirm the system is functioning correctly.

The primary issue I'm encountering is the memory management problem.

I haven’t discovered any other programs yet; I haven’t played on this system before, and I’m not very experienced with games. I’ve only had this computer for about a month, mainly using it for Topaz Video AI.

I also don't understand why people are attempting to repair defective items and might cancel the warranty during that process. It seems like iBuyPower often sells low-quality products, so it wouldn't be unexpected if a significant portion of the machine is not up to standard. Let them fix it or offer a refund—I agree!

Bluescreenview sucks. Upload the actual dump files. Go to C:\Windows\Minidump (Sometimes Minidumps for some reason) and check if you have any minidump files. If you do, go back to the Windows folder and copy the Minidump folder itself to the Downloads folder (You can use the desktop if you don't have OneDrive syncing files). Zip the copied folder and attach it to a post. Though because this is a new PC, I would return it on the warranty and let them deal with it.
