The 3900X remains a strong choice for streaming thanks to its many cores. A friend who streams regularly upgraded from a 2600 to a 5950X and saw big gains. Streaming quality also improved when moving from a 9600K to a 5900X. If you can sell it well, it’s worth considering—use the proceeds for other upgrades or personal use. Just ensure you get a fair price. I’ve heard about Facebook Marketplace in the UK too.
I didn't specify how I obtained it, just wanted to check if upgrading would have been beneficial. From the responses, it seems there are more effective options to prioritize.
