The TPM 2.0 potentially isn't available because the Intel PPT technology that mimics it is disabled by default on older devices.

It seems you want to confirm your agreement for deletion, even while using a Windows 11 USB drive.

Additionally, I noticed similar problems with my framework version 13 11th gen. The main points connecting them are: 1. I relied on the Linux dd command to transfer data from the old drive to the new one, and 2. I had been using TPM in the past to block installation (possibly altered a registry entry—I don’t recall).

I figured it out using this link: https://www.reddit.com/r/WindowsHelp/s/BBeBdAqkZB. It seemed my SSD was actually a USB drive—maybe I once booted it from USB and then forgot. So I had to switch the "portable operating system" setting in the Windows registry at: HKEY_LocalMachines\system\currentcontrolset\control
