Perhaps avoid disturbing young threads and reach out to Epic games support again. gl

The issue is that they’re insisting we can’t talk about the details or lift the ban, even though you’ve already shared your thoughts. They keep saying it’s not allowed, which makes it hard for me to get any useful information.

1: Since many topics have lost meaning in this area, repeatedly trying to bring back old discussions might lead to more restrictions. That's why.
2: We don't have any support from the team managing that site, and even if someone here could help, they've already provided their response. Best of luck.

It's usually preferred to start a new topic instead of replying to an old one that hadn't received any replies for several years. Anyway, there's no easy way to bypass a ban, and if there were I doubt people would tell you. If you break the rules of a game they are within their right to deny you access to that game. The simplest way to avoid a ban is by not breaking the rules or cheating. If you believe you were banned in error, contact their support.
