are you submitting support tickets or are you contacting them direct by email. I have seen cases when it better to contact the people directly than go though the automated reply of a support ticket. you will need to build a case and explain in detail what software you were using times and dates of you using it etc. if you can provide video or maybe even logs (though i don't know if you can with fortnite) it would help them a lot also explain that you know that they cant provide information about he ban. if that fails then there is little you can do. maybe try their socials?
