I recently installed an AMD 7700 XT in place of my previous 3060, and during the BIOS setup I turned on REBAR which caused my monitors to fail. My system runs a B550M plus AM4 motherboard with a Ryzen 7 5600X CPU, a single M.2 slot, and 64 GB of DDR4 RAM.

Verified if the device functioned post-BIOS update prior to further adjustments. Ensured BIOS settings had CSM disabled. Confirmed complete removal of Nvidia drivers following card swap (DUI). Consider resetting BIOS to original settings first, then verify drivers and OS updates before attempting ReBAR again.

used DDU drivers work well with BIOS, but I reset aside from DCOP for RAM because of a problem I faced. The main issue I see is I can't update to Windows 11 since my boot drive is UEFI, which means I need CSM enabled for legacy boot settings.

UEFI serves as the contemporary alternative to BIOS, correct? Are you referring to MBR? You're looking for a GPT partitioning method. ReBAR needs CSM turned off, so you'll have to switch the boot drive from MBR to GPT. Certain tools can handle this without a full reinstall, though it carries some risk. It's wise to back up all your data first to avoid loss in case of mistakes. In my opinion, it's better to make a backup, set up UEFI/BIOS for newer features, and then perform a clean Windows installation.
