Here’s a screenshot of the unzipped folder. You might find it hard to tell which file is an executable because extensions are missing.
Ensure you have 7zip installed—it’s excellent and free. I rely on it often. Select the non-beta .exe version from the website: http://www.7-zip.org/. After installation, place your downloaded zip in a folder of your choice, naming it RealTempGT for simplicity. Right-click the file and choose "Extract here." Allow the extraction to complete. Double-click realtempgt.exe and you’ll be good.
