your ethernet speed remains below 100mbps even with a 400mbps connection on your phone. you've adjusted the speed and duplex to 1.0gbps without success, though the device claims a 1000mbps rating. no changes to drivers or cables have helped. your b350m bazooka motherboard is installed, but no guidance was found from others.

Are you sure about the speed of your router—did you specify whether it's a 1Gbps or a 100Mbps ported model?

Please include the router manufacturer and model on the box or packaging. I'll check it for you.

It's a Gigabit Router with five ports supporting 1Gbps speeds. https://www.netgear.com/media/RAX70_tcm148-106712.pdf Do you have another cable to try?

I don’t have a long enough cable, but I’m sure it’s labeled as Cat 5e. You might want to try a new one and see how it performs.

I tried a different cable and it remains limited to 100mbps. I have this image showing the speed at 100mbps, but the motherboard claims it can handle up to 1000mbps.

Unless the motherboard is quite old, it's likely it supports gigabit too. Have you checked if your LAN drivers are up to date?
