Realtek audio blocking shutdown or sleep could mean you're using a microphone. Do you have Obs or NVIDIA Shadow Play for recording?

I turned off Shadowplay but the issue persists.

I believe I discovered the fix—it was the Realtek ® audio module. I removed the driver and it’s functioning now.
