Model and make of your motherboard? BIOS version at the time of writing? Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall your audio drivers using an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator? Checking method 1 and 2 here may assist. I would prefer not to rely on a third-party app to identify missing components and instead use the sound card maker's support site for the most recent drivers. One additional note: if you're unfamiliar with Windows, similar issues occurred with Windows 10, Realtek audio, and wireless adapters from Atheros, Qualcomm, Broadcomm, and Killer—each experienced problems upon initial release.
