I was at 19% during installation and encountered an issue, which is fine since I didn’t have enough free space. The tool mentioned "downloading windows 10 progress 3%" even though I’d waited two hours for it to finish. Why is it still downloading the files?

Yes, you need to download it once more. I did that and then I told myself it was fine, which I'm glad I did.

It happened to me last night, but the issue appeared after the full download. I stayed up until 4am, but it was worth it—no worries about priorities.

The process went okay overall, but after it finished downloading it would take a long time to install or something before I could apply the update.
