Realizing the expense of the mobile device
I'm designing a custom PC for enjoyment with a unique twist—its enclosure is a PS2 and I've been preparing for ages. When I needed a motherboard to go with an 11400, the only option was the Z590. It's a lower-tier model, but it still offered more than I required. Initially, I was aiming for a 500-series H/B with RAM overclocking, but they were out of stock everywhere. I ended up spending around $200 on an ASRock Z590M-ITX, whereas I would have gotten something like the B560M for just $100. There aren't many ITX choices for 500-series yet, and that limited selection was nearly exhausted.
I think the B560 models also allow memory overclocking these days.
That's why I was searching for a B or H model, but I wasn't able to locate them in stock. It's nice they included a feature that should be standard on all their boards to reduce chipsets.
