Hello everyone, I recently received a laptop (ASUS Vivobook Pro 15 OLED with Windows 11) and everything worked smoothly for the past four months. However, recently the left shift and left control keys stopped functioning properly. When I play Minecraft and hold down the shift key for a moment, it suddenly releases it while I still pressed it. I've tried using an external keyboard, but the issue persists there too. I suspect it might be a software problem, but I'm not sure how to fix it. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Sounds like you turned sticky keys on. It's a feature in the operating system.

You can disable sticky keys in Windows 11 by going to Settings > Timeout and turning off the "Sticky Keys" option.

Initially it functioned properly. However, even when I disable the option in the sticky keys configuration, it continues to return and disables my shift in the game. I’m completely confused now.
