I attempted to change from MBR to GPT for UEFI but it didn't succeed since I had multiple partitions. I followed a tutorial that suggested removing REAGENTC, so I did that thinking I could re-enable it later. At the end of the video, I entered "reagentc /enable" in the command prompt, which returned an error message about REAGENTC.EXE. I don't know how to resolve this issue and would appreciate any guidance.

You removed the recovery partition file. You'll need to set up a fresh one before activating it. The system doesn't generate a recovery partition automatically when you run the "reagentc /enable" command, which is probably the reason behind this.
