With your system—Intel Core i7, 16 GB RAM, and a high-end graphics card—it might still offer some benefits even today. However, if your computer runs smoothly and you have ample resources, the extra speed could be minimal. It’s worth testing, but it probably won’t make a big difference unless you're using resource-heavy apps.
