I'm not sure about your attitude toward games, but try not to fault your teammates. If you lose, focus on what you could have improved rather than blaming others, since pointing someone out won't help your rank. Also, if someone is being rude, mute them (press tab and click the chat bubble). In League, outside top tiers, most champions work just fine—pick what sounds fun to you.
