I think Asrock boards might apply a socket temperature adjustment instead of using package temperature settings in the BIOS, which likely means there’s no major concern.

I've observed on many computers that temperatures tend to rise more in the BIOS compared to after the system has fully booted and is running idle. This might be due to the BIOS utilizing different sensors, or it could relate to power-saving mechanisms in the CPU that only engage once the operating system is active.

Many Asrock Boards display readings from the socket rather than the edge temperature. This can be misleading and should be disregarded. Other variables influence the reported temperature, so rely on the CPU's own data for accurate assessment.
