When using PowerPoint or similar tools, consider creating a dedicated slide deck to function as a teleprompter. Additionally, with dual screens available, you can display the presentation on one screen while keeping PowerPoint open on the other for reference.

PowerPoint came to mind initially too. Allows several lines per slide with click-based display. Ideal if you prefer not to have one slide per line. Simple to set up and quick to configure once you're comfortable.
