I just started using Chrome to read PDFs and installed the app from the link you shared. It works fine when I open PDFs hosted on the web. But sometimes the same PDFs don’t open properly in the app. Could you check if the file is accessible through Chrome Web Store or try opening it directly in a browser? Let me know if you need help with that.

I believe Chrome doesn<|pad|> can modify local files. The extension is permitted to alter the settings of the page being displayed from any location.

Consider alternative options that flip all colours since the current method won't work. This isn't a webpage change, so modifications can't be made directly.

No additional extensions will function. Any web tools I can use must support uploading PDFs and reading them with compatible apps.
