Upgrade to a superior cooler. Increased fan speed generates more noise.
While AMD might come around later, a budget cooler is a better choice and avoids more trouble.
Additional notes: Recently watched a video about the new 3xxx series chips featuring an all-aluminum heatsink instead of the previous copper vapor chamber. The fans are now manufactured by Foxconn rather than Cooler Master, and they spin at 3K RPM compared to the older 2K RPM on Ryzen 1xxx and 2xxx models. I own a 2700 with the Wraith Spire, which reaches up to 2400 RPM during intense gaming. Temperatures sit between 60-65°C. Confirm the Wraith Stealth (3200g, 3400g, 3600) included with my 3600 back in October matches this description. The Wraith Spire (3600x) I purchased was similar but lacked a vapor chamber—similar to the Snowman (Hyper 212 from Ali). I got the Snowman at the same time and felt it was better, though I never tried the Spire. AMD offers some good coolers with certain CPUs, but the current Wraith Stealth doesn’t have them.
