When holding an ABXY button, the hold is interrupted and it's treated as a quick press. For instance, in games like Hollow Knight, when you need to jump high, the knight only makes a short jump. I attempted to resolve this by cleaning the controller, but it didn't work. The problem seems to happen every 3-10% of button presses. This issue appears only in Hollow Knight and not in Ori... any suggestions?

How was the controller cleaned? Perhaps test it on another system with the same game, and check if the problem continues there. It might also help to verify whether button press issues occur with other titles. Razor's gear has consistently failed shortly before, during, or after the warranty expires.
I simply cleaned the controller with rubbing alcohol around the ABXY buttons using a cotton swab and pressing them repeatedly. I’m not sure about opening it for a deeper clean since there are no screws I can undo, and I don’t want to risk damaging it by forcing it open. Anyway... the controller started working again on its own. If the problem comes back, I’ll follow your advice and test it on another PC.
Thank you for your response. It might be worth checking if the controller has any firmware updates available. I should be cautious with Razer products, as I previously gave up on them after they didn’t work well for me. They’re all marketed as premium but often fall short in terms of quality.
