Just throw it away. I didn’t tolerate it. But if you’re into it, reinstalling might fix the problem. It happened to me too when I tried it. After reinstalling, it worked again.
I used to work with those old heaphones (SHP2700). I can’t reinstall it since I got it for free from Razer.
