I purchased an RTX GPU recently. (3070) I decided to try Minecraft to experience ray tracing, even though I haven't played it in years. - The Java version doesn’t support it. (That’s a lot of hype since the Java edition is the most popular on PC.) Later, I downloaded a free Windows 10 trial to test it out. (I’m considering buying it if it works) - Wow, you can’t just turn on ray tracing; you need a specific game. - What a surprise! This hasn’t been mentioned in reviews before. I’m not a big Minecraft fan who enjoys servers or mini-games. I’m just someone wanting to play Minecraft in my world with a new seed in Survival and enable ray tracing. That sounds like a lot.
Sure thing. Just a few days ago a fresh update was released. I exited the update and believe Ray tracing remains functional in Ray tracing environments. That’s pretty surprising.
