I've been attempting to enjoy Borderlands 3 with ray tracing enabled, and it generally functions well. However, sporadically I experience significant frame drops, plummeting from 60 frames per second to just 24. This problem ceases when ray tracing is disabled. My system includes an RTX 2060 graphics card and a Ryzen 3600 processor, with 16GB of DDR4 memory running at 2666MHz. I’m seeking guidance on potential solutions to resolve this issue.

It’s genuinely true that an RTX 2060 typically struggles to render ray tracing effectively. Numerous owners of this graphics card have experienced difficulties sustaining a frame rate of 60 frames per second at 1080p resolution with demanding visual settings.

It’s fair to say that an RTX 2060 isn't ideal for effective ray tracing. Numerous RTX 2060 owners have experienced difficulties achieving a consistent 60 frames per second at 1080p with demanding graphics settings.

Initially, upon receiving the card, I observed this issue as well, but after a few months of gaming, optimization has improved. A few months ago, I was unable to utilize ray tracing with Battlefield, but now the problem is simply a minor dip in frame rate.
