An alternative method is to reset CMOS using a jumper or by taking the battery out temporarily. For software solutions, refer to https://www.wikihow.com/Enter-BIOS

It’s possible to access the OS drive. Fastboot’s purpose is to skip the BIOS setup process.

Can you access Windows? Yes, press Shift during the restart and keep it while proceeding; this will direct you to the troubleshooting screen within the Windows bootloader, where you’ll find an option to enter UEFI BIOS.
