It was actually a bit of a comedy of errors when I visited Walmart a few weeks back and AT&T tried to push cellular options. I bluntly told the salesperson to go with fiber and we ended up getting a better deal. To be honest, my area is technically in an AT&T zone, but they won’t upgrade us from DSL since it’s too far for them to work.

When the deal ends, I'll switch to Verizon; my place is already set up for FTT, so those fast symmetric speeds will be perfect.

I hope it leads to something useful. Data limits are becoming more confusing lately, and it seems driven by greed.
