I started my computer yesterday and played games as usual. I played Civ 6, then switched back, and after Due Process I returned to the game. This time the game didn’t launch properly. I tried closing it in Task Manager, restarting, but it still didn’t work well. My frames remained low. I restarted again, but nothing changed. I also tried Iron Harvest without any improvement. Eventually, I went to sleep, but the issue persisted today. I’m puzzled about why it began so suddenly.

The RAM is listed as 32GB according to your specifications, but it appears to be 48GB. Regarding the build, I'm not sure about the cooling method for the processor. For the motherboard, could you share your BISO version? Also, what PSU did you reuse from a previous build? Have you considered using DDU to remove GPU drivers and then reinstalling them with the latest Nvidia drivers from their support site? It's recommended to install any drivers in an elevated command prompt, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Have you tried reinstalling the games? Speaking of games, could you tell me where you obtained them from?

For the ram, I have two 8gb sticks and two 16gb sticks. The AIO is Corsair Hydro Series, H150i PRO RGB, 360mm, three units of 120mm. I'm confident the BIOS works well. The PSU is brand new. I didn't mention updating drivers after a couple of hours with an issue. The games are on Steam. Civ 6 comes from Humble Bundle, Iron Harvest was funded via their Kickstarter and I received a key. I haven't reinstalled yet, but it's happening with a new game I just installed. That new game is quite challenging, purchased directly from Steam. I also played Mass Effect Legendary Edition without any problems.
