Hi everyone, I'm facing an unusual problem lately and need some guidance. I regularly use Adobe tools such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Audition. Over the last few days, my PC has been shutting down unexpectedly whenever I open these applications. It doesn't freeze or show error messages; instead, it just turns off completely and restarts, as if the power was interrupted.

What I've tried so far:
- GPU driver update and CPU back to default settings
- Stress testing with a 10-minute CPU, GPU, and RAM test (screenshot included)
- No shutdowns occurred during normal use or gaming
- Temperatures stayed within safe ranges
- PSU power seems adequate, even after stress tests

The issue appears only when using Adobe software. Sometimes the PC shuts down just a few minutes after launching Premiere Pro, while other times I can work for hours without problems. It never happens during regular tasks or gaming. Could this be related to a software conflict, PSU wear (though it's only a year old), or something else? Any advice or experiences from others would be greatly appreciated!

I can't directly access or view the Event Viewer interface. However, if you describe the details you're seeing, I can help interpret them or guide you on what to look for.

What Windows version is active? Have you attempted to reset the CMOS battery?

Running Windows 11 is easy—I didn’t realize I could do it on my own.

Turn off the device and remove the CMOS battery. Disconnect the power source from the wall and any connected peripherals from the motherboard. Hold the power button for roughly two seconds, then leave it idle for at least ten minutes before reinserting the battery.

Event details section here. For the WHEA event, right-click and save it. Post it on the forum. If you have several WHEA events, list all you can find (or share 4-5 recent ones). A simple method is using a filter: Open Event Viewer → Windows Logs → System. Look for "Filter Current Log," click the dropdown next to Event Sources, choose "WHEA-logger," and apply the filter. You can also upload Kernel-Power logs in the same way; screenshots are acceptable.

I believe the issue stems from a memory access problem in the code (c0000005), and it aligns with another error about cache hierarchy. It seems the concern is tied to Adobe software, particularly if other crashes haven’t occurred yet. I’d recommend a full reinstall of all Adobe applications, including the Creative Cloud manager. Have you received any updates for these apps recently?

Autodesk also recommends trying sfc /scannow when this issue appears (though I realize it applies to another program). You might want to attempt that first before doing anything that could cause delays.

sfc detected a few issues and fixed them, but the computer keeps shutting down after about 15 to 20 minutes.
