I recently upgraded my PC with a Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB GSKILL RAM, and an MSI B450 pro motherboard. The system is working well but occasionally shuts down completely, showing only the CPU and GPU fans active and the CPU check light on the motherboard, yet no display appears. After updating the BIOS and going back to an older version, the issue persists—sometimes the PC runs for hours, other times just a few minutes.

System Specs:
Processor – Ryzen 5 3600
Cooler – Deepcool Gammax GT 120mm
Motherboard – MSI B450 A PRO
Ram – GSKILL Ripjaws 3200 MHz
GPU – GTX 1060 6GB
Storage – 128GB SATA SSD, 1TB HDD
Power Supply – CoolerMster MWE 450W

I tried reducing the voltages using higher clocks in BIOS and it seems to work now. I also ran a 30-minute Cinebench stress test twice, which confirmed the issue is with the BIOS. My CPU voltage is currently 1.29V and I think it’s still quite low. I’m pretty sure the problem lies in the BIOS, but I’m not sure if updating to an older version or sticking with this OC is the best choice.
