Random restarts 13900KF4070Ti Asrock Z690 Taichi
Hello, I'm trying to fix a problem with my new PC that's getting frustrating. It restarts randomly without any BSOD—just the screen goes black and it reboots. It seems to happen while browsing or under load, not during idle time. Details: CPU 13900KF, motherboard Asrock Z690, GPU MSI Gaming X Trio 4070TI, RAM G.Skill Trident Z5 32GB DDR5, PSU Samsung 980 Pro, and Windows 11 22H2. I've tested several things: BIOS update from 12.01 to 15.01, latest NVIDIA driver, stress tests for CPU and GPU, changed PCIe to Gen4. The Windows Event Viewer shows a bugcheck error (0x00000116) with a dump saved at C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\... I'm not sure what to do next—any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Maybe a power supply problem is causing it to repeatedly fail to start. Did you notice any clicking sounds coming from behind the computer during the restart?
