Hello, I'm experiencing an issue. During gameplay, I receive a random slutter/freeze lasting just a second. This seems to have started after I reformatted my computer.

PC specifications:
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3D
GPU: RTX 3060 ASUS TWIN
PSU: MSI MPG A1000G
RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5
SSD: Kingstone KC3000 (dystem disk)
SSD: Samsung 980
Motherboard: MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk WiFi
I also use AIO Cooling (Arctic Freezer III) and LIANLI Strimer Plus 24PIN.

After formatting, I installed the latest BIOS, AMD chipset, audio drivers, LAN drivers, GPU drivers, and BIOS updates. Then I attempted to reinstall them using DDU but it failed.

I don't use EXPO!

I made a Windows 11 installation pendrive, adjusted the BIOS settings, and selected the flash drive as the boot device. After restarting the machine, I removed all the partitions I had set up earlier. Then, I reformatted the disks to prepare for a fresh Windows installation.
