Hello! I usually join this forum because it has so many experienced members. Recently, I changed the formatting of my SSD and have been using Windows for about a month. I’ve noticed that during games, the CPU usage drops to around 40-50%, but then the game suddenly starts consuming a lot of CPU resources, something that didn’t happen before the SSD formatting. Is there anything I should investigate or check for this? I’m not sure where to start.

Eventually, like during a chat, I may slow down, making my voice sound stiff.

It seems the system is definitely in trouble. Games rarely cause this pattern. Likely another software issue. The robotic voice connection is tied to network activity, suggesting an update or call attempt is happening, leading to CPU and network spikes (like rubberbanding, high ping, VoIP problems).
