I discovered the BIOSTAR A10N-8800E motherboard on an online store and noticed it includes an integrated FX-8800P APU with an FP4 laptop chip. I also have standard DDR4 RAM up to 32GB and several contemporary features! OWO Correction: It features a PCI-E port that likely accommodates any GPU!

they're really bad at efficiency, which means they don't fit well in laptops, so people end up using them on desktops with important processors. It's still a reminder of AMD's past struggles.

It's quirky and tough, though we'd love to see more advanced M-ITX options like this. Edit: It really underperforms the Intel Celeron J1900... three times at 10 watts compared to 35 watts, but Intel's power limits are lower than AMD's...

It seems we might find a Ryzen 4000 mobile processor in an M-ITX size. The 4700U would be ideal.
