It seems odd, but your Windows feels stuck in some way. The window icon doesn’t act like a button, the search and settings area disappears, yet the main menu button still functions and some apps like calendar work if you click them. Could there be an issue with the interface or a background process?

I own 20GB, but during peak usage I typically limit myself to 8GB.
