I recently assembled my new PC and have faced freezing problems. Occasionally, it freezes completely, causing audio loss and interrupting basic tasks for a short time before everything stops working. This used to occur daily until I updated the BIOS, which resolved it. Recently, it froze again after about six days. All thermal readings are normal. I’ve run DISM checks on the Windows image and confirmed everything is fine. My RAM was tested via the Windows memory diagnostic. The operating system is running the latest insider build 11. Here’s the part list attached. Power supply: EVGA 750GT (750W); Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F; Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB Series 32GB; CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X; GPU: Gigabyte RTX Gaming OC 12G (rev 2). I’m still puzzled about the cause.
