I'm experiencing a sudden freezing issue with my Asus TUF A15 4800H RTX 3050 (2021 India edition) laptop running Windows 10 Home. My system occasionally freezes for just a few microseconds, causing the screen to stutter or audio to distort. This happens while using various apps—like Word documents, Discord calls, or games—and even when watching videos on media players such as MPC. The problem appears randomly and briefly, disrupting smooth playback and interaction. Battery use makes it worse, with frame drops every 10 seconds during video playback. I've run diagnostics and installed the latest drivers, but the stutter persists. It's also possible thermal throttling is contributing due to high temperatures during testing. The issue occurs infrequently but significantly affects my experience. Please let me know how to report this so it can be addressed properly. My laptop still has two months of warranty remaining.

Quick update: I handed the laptop to the service center, and they installed Windows 10. However, after stress testing, I still encountered some problems. All tests were performed on wall power and AC power. Here are the main issues:
1. Clock speed dropped during Prime95 (base 4800H clock is 2.9GHz, but observed ~2.4GHz).
2. Thermal throttling occurred while running CineBench R23 – the graph looks irregular instead of a straight line.
3. Significant temperature gap between core 6 and core 3 (~5°C difference), with a peak of 104.5°C even on a flat surface.
4. Below are the temperatures after the Furmark test (GPU ran ~10 minutes) – average GPU temp reached 85°C. The Reliability Monitor also detected two hardware errors.

I’ve attached my system log files for further details:
- system.log.evtx file
- LocaleMetaData folder

For more info on my laptop specs, you can check:
