In short, I’m constantly experiencing sudden frame drops in CS:GO, causing the screen to freeze briefly. I’m using a Ryzen 5 2600 with the built-in cooler, an Asrock Fatalty B450 gaming K4, and an MSI RTX 2060 VENTUS XS 6G OC with G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB RAM. I’ve increased my RAM to 3200 and kept the CPU at its default settings.

Are you sure the manual clocks are set to your RAM? If yes, reduce them to 3000 and check if the freezing continues. Have you checked for updates on your graphics card drivers? You might also want to verify the game files in Steam.
