Hello everyone, I recently got a new computer (Rysen 7 2700x, RX 590, Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro Wi-Fi, 2x8GB RAM from Ballistix, EVGA 750W G+ power supply). Since I already had my old setup, I’ve been experiencing these strange lag spikes, especially noticeable in games (not apparent during idle). I’m not sure what’s causing the problem, as everything seems brand new.

Some observations:
- After changing to my old GPU (GTX 1050 Ti), the issue persisted.
- All drives were installed and updated; I’m unsure if the BIOS was updated either.
- I’m not very familiar with software, so please be patient.
- Using Afterburner, the GPU temperature, frequency, VRAM speed, power usage, and CPU usage all spike simultaneously.

My English is probably not very clear, as it’s not my first language. I hope someone can assist me. Thank you.

In fact, all the games I've played so far (CS:GO, LOL, BF4, Black Squad, Cry of Fear, The Division 2) had the highest spikes.
