I'm experiencing random drops in my memory frequency and my reference clock is running overclocked to 5.0 ghz. Dynamic adaptive offset is set to 0.01, with LLC 4 and Cstate C7. I've tried disabling the C states and other settings, but it continues to happen.

go back to the simplest version didn't alter anything xmp on and it keeps happening
