I’m looking for someone who might know what’s going on: I’ve been running my unraid server since 2016 without any issues. I added PFSense on its own hardware two weeks ago, set a static IP as before, and tested streaming with 4G on my phone. It crashed once, then I fixed it. Now I’m using DHCP for the server, which worked fine. I have a Plex Docker, two game dockers, and a Win10 VM. Recently, while playing a game through one of my dockers—just like before—I experienced another sudden crash after shutting down my dockers and VM. I’m considering switching back to my old router to check for ongoing problems. My server runs on an UPS, so power wasn’t an issue. If you have any tips, I’d really appreciate it. I prefer PFSense because it keeps my ISP from constantly checking the router.

I’d begin by checking the logs, container logs, VM logs, and Unraid logs, as they often contain helpful details for troubleshooting.
