Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for assistance.
Lately, my computer has been having several crashes while playing games—sometimes it just closes abruptly, other times it shows BSOD with no visible cause and a distorted or normal image. Additionally, when watching videos on YouTube using Chrome and Edge, I encounter status_access_violation errors.

Here are the details of my system:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X (6 cores)
- Cooler: AMD stock
- Motherboard: TUF B450 Plus Gaming
- RAM: Two 16GB sticks (new) in slots 2 and 4
- Memory controller: G-Skill TridentZ DDR4 3200MHz CL16
- Power supply: Kolink KL-1000M 1000W Modular (80PLUS Bronze, 4–5 years)
- Case: NOX Hummer ZX Black
- Operating system: Windows 11 Home v10.026100
- Monitor: OZONE DSP27 IPS 27" 2K QHD (OZDSP27IPS)
- BIOS: 4604 – 2024/04/08

Everything is functioning normally without any overclocking. I ran memtest86 and found no errors. However, during the FULL Prime95 test, I encountered failures in two consecutive runs on CPU core 2.

The detailed logs indicated:
- Rounding issues with extreme precision values
- Hardware failure warnings for 960K FFT size
- Multiple stress tests resulting in errors and warnings

Despite these concerns, the system remained stable otherwise. I’m unsure what to do next and would appreciate your guidance.
Thank you.

An attempt was recorded to reach a pageable or invalid address during an interrupt request level that exceeds the allowed threshold. This typically results from drivers employing incorrect addresses. When a kernel debugger is accessible, retrieve the stack trace.

Arguments provided:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory accessed
Arg2: 00000000000000ff, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000006, bitfield:
bit 0 : value 0 indicates a read operation, 1 signifies a write operation
bit 3 : value 0 means not an execute operation, 1 denotes execution (applicable only on supported chips)
Arg4: fffff807efe521a0, the address being referenced

If you have a memory.dmp file, it contains more detailed debug information and internal logs. (However, the file size is significantly larger.) Share it publicly and post a link.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I received the minidump and full memory dump, but the latest one is quite large at 33GB. It seems the upload might be problematic due to its size. What suggestions do you have?

A driver verifier and the PC experienced a boot loop with persistent BSOD issues. After creating a restore point, the system now boots normally. This suggests there may be a faulty driver causing the problem. Please let me know.
