I've adjusted my Ryzen 9 7900X to 1.11 volts with 5150 MHz per core. This change came after it began idling at lower temperatures. Previously, it ran smoothly at 5000 MHz with 1.2 volts, but now it stalls around 49-53°C. Opening a browser causes it to heat up quickly. My cooling solution is a NZXT Kraken 240 and the case is the H5 Elite. This might be related to airflow performance. I recently purchased this system in December. Parts list included is attached.

Manual static adjustments? Not as common anymore since we now have a more advanced dynamic undervolting method with Curve Optimizer. It’s worth exploring this option. Everything seems standard and sensible—especially after owning a 7900x. Don’t rely on those "idle" readings; test real performance under load for the best results.

I have lower benchmarks and testing, reaching up to 85°C, but sometimes the game doesn't run. There are times when no game is active, not sharing screens on Discord, or the browser just jumps to 70°C most of the time—sometimes 60°C, rarely 70°C.
