I'm not sure if your CPU is failing, but after installing the new RX 580, performance dropped significantly. What used to give 150 frames in R6 Siege now drops to just 35. It's not a driver update, and I suspect the CPU is struggling under load—usage spikes to 60% or more while streaming. Your GPU also behaves oddly, often hitting 98% during YouTube playback. Here are your system details: CPU i7 4770K, GPU RX 580, ASUS H81M-C, 120GB SSD, 1TB hard drive, 12GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance.

I don’t have any warranty, and I’m not sure how to check the temperatures. They should be high if the CPU fan is spinning fast.

Restarted the system in safe mode and used DDU to remove the driver, then reinstalled it.

No it's definitely a problem with my CPU. Reinstalling GPU drivers wont do anything.

Download the core temperature and you'll be able to view the readings. Keep in mind that prolonged use might cause thermal throttling, which is undesirable.

Have you experimented with it? A CPU doesn’t simply fail suddenly; it often shows persistent issues like frequent crashes or complete failure to boot, rather than sporadic spikes in activity.

You're experiencing temperature fluctuations around 60°C, but it occasionally rises to 75 or 85°C.
